We are Phasing out Yellow cedar , as our Beginner flutes , and going with Red Cedar simply the our labor is the same for both and the price of wood is only a few dollars more but the Tonal quality as well as looks are superior in the red cedar .
It should be Noted my Spindle stock of -Maple ,Walnut,Ash Hickory, Cherry have all gone up in 2016 some 5-10 per stick

In place are wonderful Eastern and western Red Cedar air drying with blanks ready

The dark color is little less water proof comes from South America Is still top grade better then most other major brands Golden grade color

On all soft woods we use Crystal lac finish a Non toxic UV protection finish . We offer this on any flute as well and can be applied on top of a "Tung Oil " finish that I use so want a pre-made flute but has "tung oil Finish we can put a hard coat finish on it ship it in same amount of time
both woods are available in the " starter scales A,G F# F in 3/4" bore and A, Bb 5/8 bores Bigger deeper scales E, 3/4 " are available too
for 1" bore deep base cedar is in stock and some hard woods .
Exotic woods and imported woods email me we have a good supply dry and ready for turning .

because of the nature of native American Flutes , and Hygiene issues we are NO longer accepting returns on them unless damaged in shipping and must have a File /report with postal service on Buyers end.
We test every flute before shipping and Encourage the buyer to contact us before buying the flute so we can Play her live over the Phone answer any questions you have If a first time player include set up sheets/Guides Some flutes are beginners and NOT for secound or "PRO " players one negative review was "such that person" after 2 months wanting a return on beginner flute that states is a "Pro Player"
